Since the mes operation device is mounted to the inside of arm, the work environment is simple. And with the use of the lever method that sufficiently considers the upper/lower mes clutch operation, it is easy to switch general sewing process into cutting sewing process.
The chip outlet with a maximum double width of 25.9MM is designed to easily push out wide fabric strips and promptly discharge the fabric strips under any work environment. And when it comes to the general sewing project without cutting process, this is used as need-feed sewing machine with the outlet covered.
The productivity is more increased through the peripheral devices with enhanced performance such as the wiper mechanism considering the convenience of cutting sewing task, reverse button system with soft touch, and powerful reverse solenoid mechanism with the minimized power loss and enhanced responsibility feature.
 
The mes system with perfect and sharp-cutting capability from lightweight fabrics to heavyweight fabrics is designed to freely adjust from front to back and from side to side; it satisfies a wide range of cutting conditions and broadened gauge conditions. And the special alloyed upper mes system and ultra-light alloyed lower mes system in the need rack show the excellent durability.
The synchronizer built in the pulley has more simple and easier adjustment feature.
The automatic knee lifting solenoid device directly attached to the backside of sewing machine has less power loss and easy attachment/detachment. And it improves the work environment by securing the space under the table.

The needle-feed structure where the timing of needle and saw teeth is completely matched is very ideal for the prevention of perkering, and the movement amount of needle can be more increased by 20% than that of saw teeth. It works powerfully then sewing the slippery fabrics and thick fabrics.
The trimming mechanism that guarantees the powerful trimming power is devised to adopt special material-used movable/fixed mes to increase wear-proof and durability and facilitate the adjustment of trimming power. So, even when sewing medium and heavyweight fabrics, the trimming result is perfect. And our own unique trimming mechanism is designed to have more simple and easier adjustmen
